REFRESHING BRAIN BY THE FOLLOWING

Optimalless work results are mostly due to boredom.  it means you need to refresh or find a new atmosphere. Not only the body needs to rest as well as the brain also needs rest or refreshing, here's how:  1. Take a break from work Instead of getting stressed, go somewhere to take a break you can do it by taking a walk around the park or office complex, to breathe fresh air while calming the mind.  Of course you do it during recess!  2. A short Story of San Antonio

The San Antonio name comes from of the Spanish explorer on June 13, 1691. Father Damian Massanet wrote in his diary on June 13, 1691: On that day, there were so many buffaloes that the horses were trampled and 40 of them ran. This was collected with the rest of the horses by hard work on the part of the soldiers. We found in this place an Indian rancheria of the Payaya nation. This is a very big country and the country they live in is very good. I call this place San Antonio de Padua, because that was the era. In Indian it is called Yanaguana Domingo Teran de los Rios, expedition leader and governor of Coahuila y Texas, mentioned above by Father Massanet, also wrote a report on the discovery and naming of the place.
